Feeling sick when eating Carbs
I have stopped eating carbs like cereal, bread, pasta etc as part of a low carb/ high protein diet. (But still fruit and veg). Had some cereal today as trying to up my calories and has made me feel really sick and bloated. Has anyone else encountered this?

MFP clearly works... However what do people plan on doing in the future-logging forevermore? I have found when I have stopped logging it is all too easy to lose track and gain. Be interested to hear others' views. Lucy
