Troubles with Calorie intake
So I am having issues with how many calories I should be intaking? MFP has me at 1350, Lose It puts me at 1775. That is quite a difference? What is the best way to figure it out. I have been in a rut the last couple weeks, staying under, but not losing??? Help!

Ok so tonight I had a footlong (because its Februany!) chicken bacon ranch on wheat bread. However, no bacon or no ranch. I did have veggies and cheese with honey mustard. How can I figure that out? Is there a certain way to enter that?? Any suggestions would be great!

Going Out
So this weekend is going to be a "party" weekend. What do others drink when they go out. I like my beer, but if there is something else that will be less in calories (if any) that would be great to know.
