is it normal to have an extra good loss now & again?
so i've been here a month, been losing fairly consistantly 2lbs a week - which is nice! :smile: then this last week i've suddenly dropped 4lbs (double) yet i've changed nothing significantly to explain it ... now whilst i'm thinking 'YAY!' i'm also concerned that i'll pull a zero next week :frown: i've not been here long…

hi all! i haven't managed to get on here much lately, as i have internet issues, blah, but i haven't given up, & so far managed to lose 6lbs in 3 weeks - so i must be doing something right - go me! :happy: big hey to everyone! have i missed much? :smile:
