I have a fitbit charge 2, and prefer to log my meals in MFP. The food I eat registers on my fitbit app, but the exercises I clock with Fitbit don't register with MFP. best exercises to tighten stomach?
I had 3 very large pregnancies, where my stretch marks split open at the end because my stomach had gotten so big. My muscles are very stretched out, and I would very much like to get them tightened up again. What are the most effective exercises I can be doing to help this, and how long should I do each day? advice on workout routine
I've been doing MFP for a month now. Almost everyday, in the AM, I do 25-30 minutes on my treadmill (which offers no elevation increase) 1/3 of it is jogging, the rest is a fast walk.
