trying not to eat tonight! so HARD

peanut butter junkie!!!
lots of people say peanut butter isnt so bad, but it isnt exactly low cal either. I eat either a peanut butter and jelly, or peanut butter and banana sandwich almost every night. burning back fat?
i like to call these fat puffs under and over my bra my "bat wings"...lol. they can be terribly annoying. whats the best exercise or machine to get rid of these? also, other than my stomach, my arm fat (biceps) is my biggest issue. any suggestions for that as well? thanks!
