surprising low cal convenient lunch!

i know that they are really aimed at children, but i found out today how low calorie Lunchables are. I bought one for my niece for lunch and had to do a double take at what you get for only 410 calories!

4 slices of honey ham, 2 slices of american cheese, a "sandwich round", packet of mayonnaise, chocolate pudding, AND (my personal fav) Cheese Nips....all for 410 calories!

granted the portions arent huge...but for lunch, a sandwich and some cheese nips sounds like a great deal. It comes with a little bottle of water too and a Kool Aid packet to mix in with the water, i'd opt out of that since i can do with reg water and save the 30 calories from that. i looked on their site and they have tons to choose from (some not so low cal, or tasty sounding[like cold chicken nuggets]) but there are plenty of choices and some even lower cal than 410 cals...just had to share

Convenient, yes, but you could make a much better and similar alternative for less.
