Hi all just started the keto diet for the first time, just wanting to know if anyone else has tried it as im on my 4th day in and the food is so much different to what im used to, the meals make me feel so much heavier and tired does it get any better im on a 12 week challenge any feedback would be great.
Hi everybody, i am still new to MFP just joined up this week and so far its been really good. Really like how you can track all the foods you eat during the day actually knowing how much calories carbs etc each food has in it.. Will post again soon on my progress...
