First Week trying MFP

Hi everybody, i am still new to MFP just joined up this week and so far its been really good. Really like how you can track all the foods you eat during the day actually knowing how much calories carbs etc each food has in it.. Will post again soon on my progress...

  • ive been on for almost 2 weeks now. I really like how I can count my calories and see how working out affects everything. However i find it really hard to shed the pounds :(
