Keto folks eat meat and veggies, like everyone else except that they eat more fat and way fewer carbs. It takes more than four days to get used to it. It is possible that you need some salt.

I started the ketogenic diet Jan 1 and I actually feel great. I am down 18lbs as well, with bery little exercise (only because this month has been consumed with work). You probably need more salt and water. I am consuming about 100 ounces of water per day...0

That's right. Not increasing sodium intake can cause fatigue, headaches, nausea, BM issues, brain fog, muscle aches and cramps. Adding a few cups of boullion to your day, or a salty drink, can really help a lot.
Some experience fatigue in the first few days as their body starts to make ketones as a brain fuel. It should be very mild though, and it sounds like yours is not. I would try more salt.
Good luck.1 -
Make sure you are taking a magnesium supplement as well!0
