Sucks. I hate it. Thankfully I left it behind last week and have moved on to 7 & 8. This is my second time around. I hated workout 5 the first time, too. Haha. I like 7 & 8. Actually, workout 8 is my favorite. This post is worthless but I know you will all understand! lol
