Maybe this is a dumb HRM question, but...
ok... I have a wrist-watch HRM (no chest strap) On the back of the watch-part, there is a silver "detector" thing... Am I supposed to wear it on the INSIDE OF MY WRIST??? or am I supposed to just wear it like a regular watch (where the buckle is on the inside of my wrist) thanks in advance!

Shopping for a HRM- Help please
I am shopping for a Heart Rate Monitor: I would like one that would be able to tell me calories burnt, and I don't want to spend more than $50 amazon.com is where I would like to get it since I have a gift card.

Does anyone ever sit at the computer and "pretend" online shop/wishlist things that will someday be a reality? I like to do this... everyone I know tells me that it's weird. Oh well. Not hungry...and I'm worried.
This is the start of week 4 of my diet, and I have lost 7 pounds so far. To lose 1.5 pounds/week, MFP put me at a goal of 1530 calories a day... I've been eating around 1100-1300 and I'm not hungry.
