Maybe this is a dumb HRM question, but...

ok... I have a wrist-watch HRM (no chest strap)
On the back of the watch-part, there is a silver "detector" thing...
Am I supposed to wear it on the INSIDE OF MY WRIST??? or am I supposed to just wear it like a regular watch (where the buckle is on the inside of my wrist)
thanks in advance!
