Injured and can not workout...help!! PLEASE.
I broke a rib....<<ouch!!!>> and can't workout. I wonder if anyone has advice or can motivate my spirits. I feel blue and discouraged. I was doing so darn good too! I do not want to backslide. Help! :cry:

Yoga anyone?
Does anyone else incorporate yoge into their routines? I like the Gaiam dvds with Rodney Yee. I try to do yoga 2-3xs/week. It keeps me limber and the strength training ones are no joke! What are your thoughts?
