1000 steps Melbourne
I did the 1000 steps today, which is in Ferntree Gully. Has anyone else done these? They are pretty hard going, I thought my heart was going to pump out of my chest LOL. My problem is I am not sure what to put it as for exercise. I dont have anything to track my heart rate etc as yet, so I dont know how to work it out.

Too much protien?
I've only just started recording my food intake again, but I am noticing that I am going over in my protein by atleast 30g daily. My fat and calorie intake is under for now, but I am a little concerned about the protein. Would love some opinions, should I keep going as I am, or rethink what I am eating? Thanks!
