I really like the Sculpt shakes. You can buy them prima type drinks to try them out, but I buy the tubs. The only flavor I dont like from their range in the berry one. Banana is super yum, and I often buy the vanilla to make smoothies with.

I've changed my diary to public, there are only 2 days of food recorded so i dont think its really a true guide to my eating habits. I use half a cup of no fat milk, a small banana, 3 strawberries or a kiwifruit, a scoop of protien powder (horleys sculpt) and 100g low fat yoghurt. You can mix it up with other berries or a slice of pineapple, mango. Nice and easy, and filling!

The recipe I have is not hard, I am sure there are some that are though. Boil the chickpeas, roast the garlic, mush together in a blender with the herbs, lemon juice etc. :) Tastes a million times better than any store bought stuff.

I agree, making your own if far better and tastier. I can give you a recipe if you want one. Cant help on brands being that I am not on the continent as you!

So glad you decided to join the ranks. And its true, once you start losing weight you will be too excited to keep it secret. Its hard work changing lifestyle and eating habits, be proud of yourself!
