New to MFP and ready for a new & improved ME!

I am a 41yr old mother of two and happily married. I've realized that I need to take time to care for myself and my health if I want to be around to see grandchildren some day. My youngest is 17 and in his last year of HS. I've seen posts from a friend of mines on FB and thought I'd check MFP out. Wow!!! I cannot believe the ease in tracking from food intake and daily exercise. Trust me, I've tried many applications on my phone and the complexity was tiresome. If any of you have any tips on exercise, eating, motivation I would surely appreciate it. I look forward to a leaner me and making healthy choices. Thank you for reading this post. :flowerforyou:
