Anyone Doing Warrior Dash this weekend? This will be my first race of any kind and is what motivated me to start running. Anyone have workd of wisdom or can give me a heads up on what to eat the day before/morning of? I run the 9am heat. I am a little nervous but my goal is to finsh (and wopp my husband :)
