:sad: I am 5'6, 142 lbs. My goal is 130. I have used MFP in the past and it worked for me. I quit smoking three months ago and gained. Been back on MFP for a month and walking for exercise 3xweek. I have lost 0. Help! What am I doing wrong??
I found MFP as an APP for my iphone. I started on July 24th and have lost 8 lbs! Amazing! 8 more to go and I will be back to my pre-marriage "dating" weight. :love:
