What can I log kettlercise as? We do 45 minutes of high intensity kettlebell moves. 37 moves with no rest including compound moves like lunge and bicep curl or squat and press, also do floor work like renegade rows and bicycles. I've been logging as aerobics but there isn't the option for aerobics with a weight.

Hi, I have recently given up dairy and begun eating clean with paleo influences but I find myself going over the recommended protein levels but under on carbs, sugar, salt - which seems good to me. How can I change my my settings to better represent my goals? And what levels would you recommend? thanks!
