Anyone else eats VERY healthy, no processed or fast foods?
I would love to have a couple of friends who eat the way I do, wholesome and very healthily, here on MFP. I limit my calories to between 1,200 and 1,300 each day and I try to blow the top out of my protein and fiber intake.
