hi everyone! its really hars for me to eat enough calories, and its been three days since ive started! without a scale, i wont know if ive lost anything! what to do, what to do!
hi, my name is sherry, and im 63 on the outside, and 30 on the inside lol. 3 wks ago i quit smoking after 47yrs! now today ive begun my diet! ive gained weight frim not smoking, and i wasnt exactly thin before lol. so here goes! it seems impossible, but i know it isnt!!! i just need somw help from all of you out there!!!!
