Too much fruit?
Is it possible that eating too much fruit daily (while still staying within my calorie limit) is bad? I'm wondering if the natural sugars in fruit could be counterproductive to weight loss. Thoughts?

Hot Yoga
Hi everyone new to the site, trying to get used to the setup here (have also used fitday.com). I'm trying to investigate how many calories are burned off during a typical bikram or hot yoga class, I've seen sources that say approximately 630 calories in an hour. Comments? Insights? Cheers.
