Logging unknown calories
How do you log something you have no idea what the calories or nutrition information is? I will admit I had a lunch that I probably shouldn't have, but I still want to log it. So what do you do?

Does how much you sleep affect your weightloss?
I have not been getting as much sleep as I should and I really watched what I ate and exercised for a solid 2 weeks and no real weight loss. Could the fact that I am not getting enough sleep be hurting my weight loss?

Meal replacement shakes?
What is the best meal replacement shake on a budget? I like herbalife, but I can't afford it and slimfast has aspartame in it which I am trying to avoid. I usually only do 1 shake at lunch since that is the hardest one for me to keep track on. I tend to over eat at lunch. Any help would be much appreciated!

Crash...
But not before I do my day 2!!! I have worked both jobs the last 3 nights resulting in only 6 hours of sleep a night. Not near enough for me. So I plan on going home tonight and doing my shred and the crashing the rest of the night!

More than 30 days
I hope it's ok that I joined the group. I just started the 30ds again. My only problem is I work 2 jobs and most days during the week I work from 8am to 11pm. Even finding 20 mins working those long days is hard, but I want to finish the workout even if it takes me more than 30 days. I will do my best, but I need some help…

Can I count my Job?
I work for a retail store where I am on my feet for 4-7 hours at a time. Can I count that in my exercise journal and if so, how do I count it? I am walking most of the time so I would think I can count it, but not sure how. Thanks!!

Help!! There's cookies in the lunch room!!!!!
I just walked back to our kitchen here at work and the is a container of my FAVORITE cookies sitting on the table! :sad: It was all I could do to walk out without one! :noway: Now I'm sitting at my desk eating my light yoguart. I guess I'll count that as a win for me! But I REALLY want that cookie!
