What restaurants do you eat out at?
Whether it's fast foods like subway or chipotle, or nicer restaurants.. Just want to get more ideas of places to eat out when I am too busy too cook or when I am traveling. BMR--what is yours?
I'm just trying to get a better understanding of what a BMR should be/is.. I mean.. different sites give me different numbers. I am 5.4, 135 lbs, 36 years old.. On average I get a BMR of 1365. Does that sound right? And also, most say you should at least eat your BMR in calories? Sound right? so I have up'd my cal intake…

Does that really work for anyone? Hasn't for me yet. I been at this 6 weeks. And def not anywhere close to that number, even though the majority of days have been the same. I think I might just ignore that, and not even bother clicking on "complete entry" at the end of the night. Otherwise I gonna get more discouraged.…

:drinker: So why exactly is it recommended to drink at least 8 glasses a water a day? I mean what purpose does this serve? I find it so hard btw. I drink 5 cups and I feel like I am drowning. So havent been hitting 8 yet. Any thoughts? suggestions on how to get the 8? ty

knee pain after jogging :(
It has only been a month since I been joggin every other day and my left knee is starting to hurt so bad. Any advice/suggestions? I tried doing the elliptical machines but I feel its not so natural for me so I try to stick to jogging/running.

I'm confused about the sugar intake requirement for losing weight. On my diary I am always over on the sugar about 15-20g. When I go browse through the foods I ate that day it is usually fruit that put me over. I thought we are supposed to eat 2-3 fruit serving a day. So how do I keep my sugar down and yet still eat enough…

What kind of scale are you using?
To weigh myself I have been using an old scale taylor. Which gives me a different number than my new scale which is also Taylor but I am wondering if the old scale was broken? or if the new one might be ? I am confused why both scales have different number. Oh and also the scale at the doctor gives me different number too.…

Avocado lovers?
Anyone here as crazy about avocados and guac as I am? I am crazy and can't stop eating it. I try to eat less of it. But seems i have to have it w almost every meal especccially turkey and salads. Am I being bad? I mean I love it so much I even put it on my face!! ;)

confused about beans!
