To weigh myself I have been using an old scale taylor. Which gives me a different number than my new scale which is also Taylor but I am wondering if the old scale was broken? or if the new one might be ? I am confused why both scales have different number. Oh and also the scale at the doctor gives me different number too.
How do I make sure I am getting accurate numbers, otherwise I really don't know if I have lost weight. And I know I am supposed to use the same scale everytime but in the matter of 3 weeks the numbers change , not just from day and night.
