Just wondering if there are others out there with high blood pressure and has had trouble losing the weight? My doctor has put me on medication and I cant seem to get my heart rate up when exercising and I cant drop the weight.
MFP has given me a calorie goal of 1880, I have a fair bit of weight to lose, I'm trying to work out what I need to do to lose .5-1kilo a week, how much calories burned do I need to do?
Wondering if anyone has had trouble with the FT7, mine has just started recording the exercise I do twice. Its making my calorie burn for the week huge.
Hi :smile: I have around 45 kilos to lose, and I really need some support. I have been on here for over 12 months and havn't gotten very far. I am all good when it comes to the exercise bit, but the food is my trouble. I love food too much :( Please feel free to add me if you can help me out.
Having trouble getting my head in the right place. The food is the problem. I can exercise, I have that right. How do you say no??? I have a bit too lose, anyone have any ideas?
