Morning all :smile: I must admit I fell of the wagon last week :mad: I am determined to stay on track this week. So I was up at 5 am and went to Spin class and I will be off to Bodypump at 9. My goals this week is to try and keep up with all the lovely people in the group!! Have a fantastic week everyone.

Evening all, will be back on track tomorrow, got a new laptop up and running, this week has been a right off. Laptop died, 4 year old deleted my sd card in my phone so I lost a lot of photos :cry: Birthday weekend, so too much food. Hope everyone has had a great week. Will catch up tomorrow, off for an early night.

Go Dee, oh enjoy those PT lesssons, I bet you will smash them!! Ok it is my mission this year (or in the next few weeks) to try Body Balance. Zen I remember when I first started out at pump with next to nothing on my bar, now I try and challenge myself with adding extra weights.

Monbot yay on pump, one of my favourite classes. I haven't tried Body balance yet, Im not sure I would be too good at balancing. Hope you enjoy Step. I have only ever done it once, I wish my gym still did it. Dee how did you go with the 500 calories? Hope you all have a great weekend :)

Another one that was watching the Biggest Loser and cry, knowing what they feel like. I must stick to this so in 12 months time when it airs again I will not feel like that. First day done, and I had a great day, managed a class and a gym session. I don't know how I am going to keep up with this thread :wink:
