Water consumption
Ok, 8 glasses of water a day are recommended, can anyone tell me what size of glass and how this helps with weightloss? Also is this just plain water or is sparkling water counted in the same way.

46 years old gave up smoking in March - joined a gym in June started counting calories in July. Where will this lead? who knows but I'm curious what I can achieve?
