Working out and Massage
So I've been working out 4-5 days a week for the last 2 months. Weights, p90x, jogging, biking, golf (I count this!). I'm pretty sore and there is a ton of tension in my upper back. I'm going for a deep tissue massage this weekend. I know it's going to hurt, but I need it. My question is, should I work out or go jogging in…
