Working out and Massage

So I've been working out 4-5 days a week for the last 2 months. Weights, p90x, jogging, biking, golf (I count this!). I'm pretty sore and there is a ton of tension in my upper back. I'm going for a deep tissue massage this weekend. I know it's going to hurt, but I need it. My question is, should I work out or go jogging in the morning, knowing that I'll also be abused in the massage? Or should I do nothing, and let my body rest as much as possible before and after?

I like you carry all my tension in my upperback and just recently went for a deep tissue massage. I stick to jogging before the massage just so you can get in. I would be more worried about the workout the day after the massage. Don't forget to drink plenty of water before and after.
Now I didn't do any sort of workout the day I went, but the next night I had a Sculpt n Tone class (30m - 10-12lb weights and resistance bands) followed by a ballet class (90m). If your not familiar with ballet (I'm only assuming) then all the support for arm work comes from the muscles in the upper back. I felt like my arms were going to fall off, the sculpting class was a real struggle. Even my instructor noticed my struggle and asked if I was ok.0
