Low heart rate
Hi, I've been running for a few months, but I'm by no means an athlete! My resting heart rate sits at 50, sometimes 49, and I'm wondering if this is a little low. I'm 29 and male. Is it normal to have some variation around what's 'expected'? Should I see the doc? Cheers, Sam
