I start on Thursday, and I'm going to see it out. Who else is out there who is currently in the programme or is planning to start soon?

It's my first time, so this could be fun!

    Enjoying so far, I thought I would have lost more weight by now, but I am only half way finished. I am seeing a lot more definition in my arms and shoulders. I do hate the yoga and usually substitute the cardiox on yoga day. My diary is open if you would like to check it out. You will see I don't always stick to the rules especially on Sundays. And I do like a few beers on the weekend...
