I been on fitness pals for about two weeks now. So far I lost 3 lbs which I guess is a start. Im a college student so i usually dont have time to work out. Especially this semester so Im hoping this site can help me get to my goal weight of 125.and I started out at 5' 3 and 170. So if anyone has any tips please let me know.
