I had my baby in july when I delivered I was up to 210. I'm 5'3 and 170lb I ebf but want to get down to 140lbs. Add me. :smile:

I tried it...and need less to say I gained weight on it and now I'm back to my old diet and exercise.

I started in late January and I was working out at home but i only lost 5 lbs and was at a stand still for about 3 weeks. So then I started going to the gym last week and I started losing again. I think you can do some at home but maybe try and shoot over to a gym 1 or 2 times a week so that way you can you other equipment…

I usually only get to work out 3 times a week for about 20 mins do to college and this snow isnt helping much...and the gym at my college cost about 75 dollars a month and I just cant swing the extra costs right now.

Thanks at least Im not the only one having a hard time I mean I usually eat 1400 calories a day I wouldnt have thought 200 would be so much of a difference.

Im 5'3 and i started this thing two weeks ago and I weighed 170lbs and I am down to 165lb. However I have 40 lbs to go to get to my goal weight of 125lbs.
