Weight Loss is Stalling - NEED ADVICE
I exercise daily (walking 2 - 6 miles/day at a 15 minute mile), cardio kickboxing once a week for 1 hr, a few strength training (resistant bands) DVDs a week and sit-ups/push-ups daily.
