Strength Training - where to start?
I have read many things that swear by strength training not only for improving strength but also for burning fat.. I would love to get into it but I have no idea where or how to start off...Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Finding it hard to eat back exercise calories...
Hi, since i have started eating healthy and 'clean' and exercising everyday, i have found it quite difficult to eat enough calories to compensate for the calories burnt.
