I started tracking 30 days ago, and I'm not losing like I expect to. I lost 4 lbs over the holidays, and then 4 more a week or so after. But for the last 2 weeks I've only lost half a pound, which is frustrating. Can anyone give some advice on what I can do better? I've opened my diary for a day or so, any help is welcome!
