I have lost 20lbs and no one has noticed
Would it be ok to reduce my calories to under 1200 so i lose weight quicker
I feel like im eating too much, my goal is 1200 and im usually under but i still feel im eating too much

is it important that you eat at least 1200 calories a day or can you eat below and still lose weight
