I'd like to hear from anyone who has increased their exercise at the same time as watching mfp calories, eating back most of their exercise calories. I am pleased with my healthier lifestyle and diet but the scale is not my friend, yet.

I had impaired glucose in the past and in pregnancy was injecting 2 kinds of insulin 3 times a day to control high levels. I have never been more than in the middle of the healthy weight range. I think all those people on higher weights are amazing. Perhaps someone around my weight would like a friend to battle along with, especially when we have such low base metabolic rates.

I ate up the calories I burnt and had trouble sleeping every might because I was hungry . I measured everything . I am 164.7cm tall . How do I go from here? .... I do look fitter , but not smaller . 57.4 instead of 56.6 kg. I just have a dream of getting to 54kg. Just want to get rid of some abdominal and leg fat.
