I once ate nothing but tuna and lettuce for 3 days. It took me years before I could eat tuna again.
I'm eating healthier. I'm also exercising. But, I have a horrible habit of weighing myself everyday! I guess it wouldn't be so bad, but if I've lost I'm in a great mood. However, if I've gained I get really discouraged. I have moved my scale out of the master bathroom hoping I can break this habit!
What has you motivated? What keeps you going when you feel like giving up? Mine is weight loss, yes. But now that I'm 40 I want to be healthy and fit. I'm on no medications and I want to keep it that way.
I have lost 21 lbs and 28 inches since September. I went 3 months and the scale would not move so I started exercising 2 weeks ago.
