You can some of them, but it is best to keep under your goal some each day to lose. I love exercise days!!!!
  • Most people on here will tell you yes but I dont think thats its good to. depends how much you burn and normal calorie intake but my wife and I have had more consistant results when not eating them back or just eating part of them back. Try one way for 2-3 weeks and if its working then stay that way or if not then try the other way

No information about goals or type of exercise: No one can accurately answer this question.

    Please provide more information.

    short answer: yes.

long answer - mfp already creates a deficit for you before you exercise. you will lose weight if all you do is eat all your calories.
when you exercise, you need to make sure your body has enough fuel to function properly so you need to eat more, thats where the exercise calories come in. if you accurately log your food (food scale) and exercise (bodybugg, hrm, bodymedia fit,) then if you eat all your exercise calories you will still lose the same amount of weight as if you just ate your calories and didnt exercise.
most plans says ok, eat 2000 calories and make sure you burn 500 calories a day. youll lose a pound a week.
mfp says ok, eat 1500 calories a day and youll lose a pound a week. but if you burn 500 calories - eat that too. youll still lose a pound a week, and youre still eating the same amount of food in both situations. mfp just makes it so that if you dont exercise (for whatever reason) youll still lose your weight
