Keto percentageb with carbs
So I've been following the 5% carb, 30% protein and 65% fat ratio. 1)My question is if the 5% reflect NET CARB or TOTAL CARB, since not all "carbs" created equal. I'm trying to up my fiber count but as fiber goes up, carb goes up to, but NET CARB has a possibility to stay the same if you eat, say flaxseed or psyllium…

AMAZING LC Ice Cream
Craving for sweets? I was, all yesterday! So I found this recipe! 1 scoop 100% Whey Protein 3 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream (mine is 50cal per tbsp) Mix them in a bowl, stick it in the freezer. 30min later, voila! Ice cream! I used chocolate whey! If your protein powder isn't sweet enough you can use stevia :)
