What healthy peanut butter do you use?
I love, love peanut butter and toast. I'm looking for a good, healthy (organic would be even better) brand. All the good taste without all the calories and sugar. Any suggestions?

Sedentary? Help?
I hope someone can help. I work 3 days as a nurse where I am walking all day (12hrs). On my 4 days off I am relatively sedentary except for maybe 5 hours throughout the day (some days more than others). Should I set my profile to sedentary or lightly active? Lightly active has nurses as an example but that's only 3 days.…

Anybody using one of these? Is it pretty accurate on calories burned?

I am a nurse so when I work I take11,000+ step (pedometer). How many calories burned (exercise) does that account for? :smooched:
