Help on sticking to a routine
I do wonderful on the days that i work when it comes to eating. I'm a delivery man so i pack a lunch and that is the only thing that i have to eat. On my days off of work i really struggle on snacking i eat what ever is in front of me. Any suggestions on how i can keep my routine together on my days off

Flexability need help
I have a lot of flexability overall, but my hips are really tight and i'm not sure that i'm doing everything i can to get my flexability back. I stretch alot at the gym and use a foam roller for soft tissue work but i just don't seem to be making progress, i know that a steady pace wins the race but i could use some help…
