Help on sticking to a routine

I do wonderful on the days that i work when it comes to eating. I'm a delivery man so i pack a lunch and that is the only thing that i have to eat. On my days off of work i really struggle on snacking i eat what ever is in front of me. Any suggestions on how i can keep my routine together on my days off

    I'm the same way! I struggle too...I just try to stay busy doing something, even if its posting blogs, or cleaning house. I try my hardest to keep my mind off of food...sometimes it works...sometimes I get weak and breakdown. I guess we all have those day. Sometimes no matter what I eat satisfies me...Just be mindful of what you are doing...and always asks yourself..."am I really hungry?"

    Thats just part of being human, if your stuck around the house all day you eat to entertain yourself. I have the same problem, in fact its whats gotten me to the point I'm at now. I try to get out and so something outside if the weather is nice I'll take my dog to the park or go on a walk or even a joy ride if I have enough gas in my car. Just being out of the house cures all those cravings. On days when the weather is bad I'll clean up the house or re-arrange a room or something like that, sometimes just sitting down with a good book will get your mind off of it. But of course that doesnt help burn any calories so I usually only read when I'm trying to wind down at the end of the day.
