you don't have to run faster to do interval training. I usually run at 6.5mph, but when i do intervals i don't change the speed i change the incline. I run at 10.5 incline as long as i can at 6.5mph. I just think your settting yourself up to get hurt if your sprinting on a treadmill

Remember the calories you burn with cardio stop when you stop working out. When you strength train your building muscle so you will burn calories even when your done working out. That's why circuit training is the best way to go.

You need to drink more water. Stretching cold muscles is not a good idea most times it can cause more harm than good. If you need to stretch before you work out warm up for 10min then do a light stretch then go directly into your work out

I know that me being male and being 260lbs has something to do with it but i eat 2800cal a day and over the last 6 weeks i have lost…

I weigh about 260lbs and i eat that much food for breakfast alone and i'm still losing weight. You need to maximize your calories to maximize your weight loss. I would be starving all day long if that is what i could consume in a day. I really think that you have to look over your intake and make some kind of change all…

If you really want to gain muscle mass you need to increase your protein to about 2 grams per lb of body weight. When i was looking to gain mass this worked wonders for me. That was a long time ago though. Nothing says muscle growth like protein
