Anyone tried supplements typically said to be recommended by Dr. Oz - I know technically he does not endorse but the supplements have been on his show?

Ok I will admit it - I enjoy my red wine. I know drinking is usually not recommended when dieting but can anyone share if they have continued to drink wine while losing. Basically - will I lose if I still have a glass or 2 a day?

So I have been on MFP since 8/18 and started working out that day. Since then I have been working out 5-6 days a week and eating what I am suppose to and I have lost NOTHING!!!!!!
