So i was wondering if you have a tattoo of the name of your spouse or what are yall thoughts about it? If not name, maybe a picture or something that symbolizes them. For example my spouse loves jordans and i was thinking of getting the jump man insted of his name.

anyone done herba life?
So when I was 15 I use to drink the herba life shake and lost weight. Am starting to drink it again(6yrs later) and was wondering if anyone here has done it or know if drinking it or taking the brands product is bad, like considered not healthy. Help please?

knee injury and need advice
