Okay MFP experts.... So i seem to be stuck and when i looked back at my diaries i noticed that i almost never eat all the fat or all the carbs...usually over on protien... Think it is simple enough that if I hit those goals the scale will budge? Problem seems to be that when I try to hit fat goal, calories go up too…

Anyone have an accurate equation or online calculator? Seems like i can get different numbers on different sites?

Sugar!!
So, trying hard to pay attention to macros...been stuck on plateau for long time... My sugar seems to be an issue? Like today...goal 28 ...i am at 27...at 11 am... ..with pretty healthy start to the day... I dont want to give up fruit. Any thoughts out there?
