Don't want to work out!
Ok - so I already subconsciously know the answer to this question... I guess I'm seeing if anyone else has done this or some tips! I have been faithfully watching my diet for 9 weeks now. Am I sedentary?
I have a desk job, so I put myself as sedentary, however I don't know if 1200 calories is enough for me. I have an infant at home.... can I put lightly active? :laugh: I haven't been feeling good only eating 1200 and much better eating 1400. Any suggestions? Thanks! :smile:

Coffee Question PLEASE HELP
OK.... I had a 16 oz Sara Lee Cinnamon Roll Cappucino this morning and I cannot find the calories of this anywhere! I did find that there are 140 calories per 32 grams, are they referring to the actual coffee grounds?? 32 grams makes (16) 8 oz cups, I am so confused! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
